I wrote it for spiritual seekers who want to embrace the totality of human experience — the voice of the ego included.
It draws on the realization that to have a deeper connection with the world, first you need to learn how to relate to yourself in a healthy way.
HOW TO DESIGN 3 PERSONAL RITUALS FOR GROUNDING, LETTING GO, AND RECALIBRATING
This piece is the result of my slight obsession with ritual that started in 2019.
It's a long-form article I wrote for Better Humans, one of the biggest publication on Medium. It combines fascinating research, my ritual design experience, and a practical tutorial to design your personal rituals.
One of my best pieces, if you ask me.

Writing Caroline's website copy felt like a dream - every retreat I described was one I wanted to go to!
Stillness in Action is Caroline's personal brand and method for connecting people to their purpose in the midst of a busy life. We worked together on discovering the values behind her business, as well as her brand voice.
Then, I translated these into some words.
CIVLEAD APP CONTENT & EMAILS
CivLead is an app and community of changemakers delivered by Civic Leadership Project. The purpose behind the project is to help community leaders grow their skills and personal qualities that allow them to build a world that works for everybody.
It was a fun challenge to curate content and develop an onboarding email sequence for CivLead.
